Day by Day Itinerary
Full Day Itinerary
Our Gore Canyon trip meets at our Frisco location at 8:30. You will load into our bus or van to head about 45 minutes north to the put in. Once you are geared up in all of the essential safety gear, you will begin your trip with a scenic float towards the mouth of the canyon. During this time, your guide will give you an extensive safety and paddle talk. You can expect to practice your paddle technique until you reach the canyon. Before entering the rapids, each customer will be required to take two swim tests, one in flat water, and one in a class II+ rapid. Once everyone has passed the swim tests, it's time to get to the action. You'll paddle through rapids such as Applesauce, Pyrite, Tunnel Falls, and finish off with the longest, most technical rapid in the canyon, Kirshbaum. At the take out our dependable drivers will be there to haul you back to your car in Frisco.
