Costa Sol whitewater rafting has offered whitewater rafting tours in Costa Rica for more than 10 years. We know that adventure, adrenaline and fun together with safety measures is what our customers want.

For these reasons, our guides have received training on CPR (Cardio pulmonary resuscitation) and First Aids. We are the first tourism adventure company certifying guides through "Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje" (National Learning Institution) in accordance with Executive Decree Number 29421-S-MEIC-TUR of April 23rd., 2001.
